The statue is in good shape but not in perfect shape. The Batman base has the usual light cracking in the yellow and for some reason Batman's leg had some flacking on his legs that was a defect when I bought it (I got it at a discount price due to that). I tried to color it in back in 2001 and was hard to notice up on a shelf with the other maquette that I used to have so I did not try to make it any better.

The box is in descent shape except for the heat of the storage room caused it to come apart a little(please look at the pictures).
