About the Collection : I've always been a DC and Batman guy and my books come from what was once a fairly mighty personal collection! I used to work at Continental Comics in Queens, NYC back in the late 80's and early 90's. About 50% of the books including the entire LODTK run, many graphic novels , TPB's as well as Elseworlds and the Miller / DK , Loeb / Long Halloween , Year One and Year Three material came into that store in as brand-new stock, back in the day.
About 25% was comprised of my personal direct-subscriptions. Usually to fill some gap, or with post-2002 books. So I can attest to being the absolute first and only single owner to 95% of these books. Condition for the most part is VERY FINE - NEAR MINT.EVERY book in a polypropylene bag w/ acid-free board. There are two or three books missing a cover or worse: those books are FREEBIES! Doubles and occasionally, triples are FREEBIES : NOT included in official count.
